Commercial joinery and fit-outs
Most of what we do is commercial. Offices being reconfigured, training rooms and classrooms being fitted out, shops and units being turned round between tenants, and landlord work that has to be finished between one occupier leaving and the next arriving.
Covering the whole of the Wirral, Liverpool and Merseyside, and commercial work across the North West, roughly an hour and a half from Liverpool.

01How we do it
Commercial work is less about the joinery and more about the programme. You are usually one of several trades in the same room, the floor is going down after you or the ceiling grid is going in above you, and the date that matters is the one the client has already told their staff. We price off the drawings, tell you what we need to be ready before we start, and work to the sequence rather than around it.

We set out from laser lines rather than off existing walls, because in a building that has been altered twice already there is rarely a square corner to work from. Everything gets scribed to what is actually there.

We are used to working on live sites: dust control, protecting what is staying, keeping routes clear, and clearing down at the end of every day rather than at the end of the job.
