Not everything is a full project. A lot of what we do is the list of jobs that has been building up, or the work another trade has left behind at the end of a build.
What is included
- Skirting boards and architrave supplied and fitted

- Stud partitions, loft hatches and boxing in
- Garden gates, decking, fascias and external timber repairs
- Rotten window sills, door frames and thresholds replaced
- Second fix left over at the end of somebody else’s job
Small jobs get the same treatment as big ones: mitres cut properly, fixings sunk and filled, and the room left clean. A poorly cut mitre on an architrave is visible from across the room for the rest of the house’s life.
If you have a list, send it over in one go. It is almost always cheaper to do several small jobs in one visit than to book them separately.
